Inspired by the melodious renderings of hymns by our beloved Swami Tejomayananda, Chinmaya Dhvani, now rechristened Chinmaya Swaranjali, was formed in February 1994, after the Mahasamadhi of Pujya Gurudev. The purpose of this group is to provide an avenue for the students of Chinmaya Mission San Jose who are musically inclined, to participate in devotional singing and rendering of bhajans.

In San Jose, the group is taught by Prema Sriram, Jaya Krishnan, and Jayashree Ram, and coordinated by Prema Sriram. Those who are interested in joining the choir as vocalist or musicians may please contact Prema Sriram (see contact info. below).

 
Venue: Sandeepany San Jose
Time: Alternate Sundays, 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
